What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. They help us provide and improve our service.
How We Use Cookies
Strictly necessary. Required for authentication, security, and remembering the choice you make in this banner (the ace-regulatory-consent cookie). These are always on.
Analytics. Google Analytics, used to understand how the public site is used. The analytics script loads only after you allow this category. A browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated as a refusal of analytics, preferences, and marketing cookies, and the banner is not shown.
Preferences and marketing. Optional categories in the same control. We do not load a marketing tag unless you allow marketing and a tag is configured. Google Tag Manager loads only when analytics is allowed and a container id is configured.
Chat. The chat widget is a functional feature. Opening it does not require analytics or any other non-essential cookie. After you open chat, the conversation is kept in this browser's local storage so you can continue it, and each message you send is processed by our servers. You can use chat without accepting analytics cookies.
Your Choices
Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to change analytics, preferences, and marketing. You can also block cookies in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, because the service needs them to sign you in and to remember this choice.
