How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full access to the Professional plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to keep your workspace active, or your account enters read-only mode. Your data is preserved in either case, so you can pick a plan later without losing work.

What jurisdictions do you monitor?

We monitor federal regulators, all 50 US states, and a set of international jurisdictions (EU, UK, Canada). Coverage depth varies by source — your trial workspace shows the live list of monitored sources for your selected plan. Enterprise plans can add custom sources for additional jurisdictions.

How often are regulations updated?

ACE continuously monitors official sources. New regulations and amendments are typically detected within 24 hours of publication.

Can I export compliance reports?

Yes. All plans include one-click PDF export of compliance reports, gap analyses, and remediation status. Professional and Enterprise plans add custom report templates.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated by workspace at the database level, and protected by role-based access control with full action logging. We perform security reviews before major releases. We are actively pursuing a SOC 2 Type II attestation — contact us for our current security posture and to request our pre-attestation controls summary.
