How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full access to the Professional plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to keep your workspace active, or your account enters read-only mode. Your data is preserved in either case, so you can pick a plan later without losing work.

What jurisdictions do you monitor?

You choose what ACE monitors. ACE ingests from the Federal Register API and from any regulator that publishes an RSS or Atom feed, and you can enter regulations manually for sources that publish neither. There is no preset catalogue — your workspace monitors the sources you add. Tell us which jurisdictions you need and we will help you wire them up.

How often are regulations updated?

ACE continuously monitors official sources. New regulations and amendments are typically detected within 24 hours of publication.

Can I export compliance reports?

Yes. All plans include one-click CSV export of your regulations, remediation tasks, readiness score, audit trail, and licence register. Each export opens in Excel or Google Sheets and is scoped to your workspace. Formatted PDF report packets are on the roadmap.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated by workspace on every query, and protected by role-based access control with full action logging. We perform security reviews before major releases. We are actively pursuing a SOC 2 Type II attestation — contact us for our current security posture and to request our pre-attestation controls summary.
