Export your first report

ACE exports a single PDF that walks an examiner through: which rules apply, which requirements you assessed, what state each one is in, and what evidence and remediation back each row.

Choose the scope

  1. Open Reports from the left sidebar and click New export.
  2. Pick the scope:
    • Single source item — for ad hoc examiner or counsel requests.
    • Jurisdiction — all items for one state or NAIC bulletin in a date range.
    • Workspace — full posture for your entire workspace.
  3. Pick the date range and the report template:
    • Examiner brief — the default; one row per requirement, evidence inline.
    • Internal audit — adds remediation ownership, due dates, and sign-off history.
    • Executive summary — high-level posture counts only; no individual rows.

Generate and review

Click Generate. ACE renders the PDF in the background and notifies you when ready. Open the preview to spot-check before sharing. The report carries a header with workspace name, report period, and a unique report ID you can reference in correspondence.
